MOTIONS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS

• The following motions were unanimously adopted by vote of all Visitors present:
• (a) That the full Board go into Executive Session for discussion of legal matters which are within the University's jurisdiction.
• (b) That the Finance Committee go into Executive Session for the discussion or consideration of legal matters which are within the University's jurisdiction, for the discussion and consideration of matters relating to gifts, bequests, and fund raising activities.
• (c) That the Educational Policy Committee go into Executive Session for the discussion or consideration of personnel matters involving the employment, assignment, promotion, salaries and resignation of public employees.
• (d) That the Health Affairs Committee go into Executive Session for the discussion or consideration of departments or schools where individual employees might be affected by the evaluation and for the discussion of legal matters which are within the University's jurisdiction.

Following a recess for an Executive Session of the Board of Visitors, the Open Meeting continued at 10:45 a.m., June 7.
