APPOINTMENT OF STANDING COMMITTEES
The Rector announced that he had made certain changes in the membership of the standing
committees of the Board as a result of the retirement of Visitors Berkeley, Hartfield, and Pollock
and their replacement by Visitors Cross, Hobbs, and Williams. These new committee assignments had
been communicated to the members by the Secretary in a memorandum dated 19 March 1963. The Rector
requested that these committee assignments, which had become effective on 19 March 1963, be
included in the minutes as follows
