MOTIONS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
The following motions were unanimously adopted by vote of all Visitors present:
(a) That the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion of legal matters and for discussion of the evaluation of schools or departments.
(b) That the Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session to discuss the investment of public funds where competition or bargaining is involved.
(c) That the Finance Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion of gifts, bequests and fund raising activities, for the discussion of the investment of publicly held funds where competition and bargaining is involved, and for the discussion of the disposition of publicly held property.
(d) That the Educational Policy Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the consideration of personnel matters involving assignment, promotion, salaries, and resignation of public employees and for the evaluation of University departments or schools.
(e) That the Audit Committee of the Board of Visitors go into Executive Session for the discussion and evaluation of University schools and departments.
Following a recess for an Executive Session of the Board of Visitors, the Opening Session continued at 11:35 a.m.
