[Why, why should I the World bee minding]

Why, why should I the World bee minding,
Therein a World of Evils finding?
Then farwell, World: farwell thy Iarres,
Thy Toies, thy Toies, thy Wiles, thy Wars.
Truth sounds Retreat: I am not for-ye.
Th'Eternall draws to him my heart
By Faith (which can thy Force subvert)
To crown mee (after Grace) with Glory.
