The Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia met at 10:00 a.m. on 9 December 1967 in the Office of the President at Charlottesville with the following members present: Rector Frank W. Rogers; President Edgar F. Shannon, Jr.; and Visitors Brown, Cross, Faulconer, Johnson, Kendig, Kuykendall, Lewis, Parrish, Potter, Wilkinson, and Williams. Absent: William M. Birdsong, J. Hartwell Harrison, and Lewis M. Walker, Jr. were absent.
The minutes of the meeting of 13 October 1967, previously distributed, were approved as corrected.
