REPORT ON UNIVERSITY CONSOLIDATED ENDOWMENT FUND
The Chairman of the Finance Committee, Mr. McWane, reported that he had received a communication
from the State-Planters Bank of Commerce and Trusts asking the Board's wishes as to
the time of the annual report on the University of Virginia Consolidated Endowment Fund. After
discussion, the following resolution was adopted
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that (1) the President be authorized to designate either the April or the June meeting in 1960
for the next annual report of the State-Planters Bank of Commerce and Trusts on the University
of Virginia Consolidated Endowment Fund, and (2) beginning in February 1961, the annual
report be given at the February meeting of the Board.
