On Upstart.
Upstart last Term went up to Town,There purchas'd Arms and brought them down,
With Welborne's then he his compares,
And with a horrid loudness swears

How gloriously mine gilded be;
Thine's but a Thred-bare Coat, he cry'd,
Compar'd to this, who then reply'd:
If my Coat be Thread-bare, or rent, or torn,
There's cause; than thine it has been longer worn.
