INDUS VALLEY CIVILIZATION:

an ancient urban civilization which flourished in the Indus valley of India from the third millennia B.C. to around 1500 B.C. when it suddenly declined. We know very little about the civilization except that it was highly organized and left behind artifacts which appear similar to later HINDU DEITIES. Some archaeologists speculate that it was a society organized by PRIESTS but this is uncertain.
