Ecce iterum Crispinus, & est mihi sæpe vocandus
Ad partes, monstrum nulla virtute redemptum
A Vitiis, æger, solaque libidine fortis,
Delicias viduæ tantum aspernatur Adulter.
Juv. Sat. 4.
Thus English'd for the Benefit of the Ladies.
Once more, Crispinus, to the Challenge rise,
And stand the Charge, nor shall once more suffice;
Thou most abandon'd Monster of the Times,
Without one Virtue to redeem thy Crimes!
Infirm of Body! Strong alone in Lust!
Whom nothing but the Widow cou'd disgust! &c.
