EPITAPH For the Tomb of an Infant, miscarried before it had received the Breath of Life.

The first dear Fruit of Myra's Womb,
Abortive, sanctifies this Tomb.
Thrice happy Child, exempt from Breath,
From Birth, from Being, and from Death;
Since Life is but one common Care,
And Man was made to mourn and fear!
