An action of the Case. Epi. 7.

Shouldring a Minstrell, in a Lane, I broke
His Violls case, by an vnlucky stroke:
Who swore he would cōplain, to vent his grudg.
And what care I, what any law will iudge:
For why? I will maintaine it, face to face,
'T can be no more, but th' action of the Case.
