A pretie fancie.

Who takes a friend and trusts him not,
Who hopes of good and hath it not.
Who hath a Item and keepes it not,
Who keepes a Ioy and loues it not.
The first wants wit, the second will,
Carelesse the third, the fourth doth ill.
