Et dicat confitens.

God, I crye þe mercy,
And þy moder seynt mary,
And alle þe seyntus of heuen bryȝt,
I crye mercy wyth alle my myȝt,
Of alle þe synnus I haue wroȝt,
In werke and worde, & sory þoȝt,
Wyth euery lyme of my body,
Wyth sore herte I aske god mercy,
And þe, fader, in goddes place,
A-soyle me þow of my trespace,
Ȝeue me penaunce also to,
For goddes loue þat þow so do.”
