The Commendation of the meane in all thinges.
As meane in Musicke soundeth best,So meane estate liues most in rest:
The higher climde the fall more deepe,
The deeper fall the double paine,
And pensife paine doth carefull keepe,
In man eache liuely lim and vaine,
Whiche prooues what change or chaunce do fall,
Contented meane exceedeth all.
