AND CULTURE, AND THE ALBERT AND SHIRLEY SMALL
SPECIAL
COLLECTIONS LIBRARY
The Taylor Room is a reading room on the second floor of the new Special Collections Library. It honors the memory of Lillian Gary Taylor, a Baltimorean who assembled – and gave to the University – a remarkable and unique collection of American popular fiction from 1752 through 1950. Mrs. Taylor and her husband, Robert Coleman Taylor in addition were generous benefactors of the University Library.
