RESOLVED that pursuant to the delegation of authority contained in the May 8, 2003, Resolution of the Medical Center Operating Board, the undersigned Chair of the Medical Center Operating Board hereby approves the following Credentialing and Recredentialing Actions as specifically set forth below:
