DOW CHEMICAL CO. STOCK PURCHASE:

Upon the recommendation of Mr. E. C. Anderson, and with the approval of the Chairman of
the Finance Committee, that the University purchase for its endowment Funds 250 shares of the
$4. preferred stock of the Dow Chemical Co., @ 105, was voted.

The meeting was adjourned.
