The following resolution was adopted by the Board
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that the Committee on Student Accounts be and it is hereby authorized to charge off as uncollectible
accounts Schedule 17, aggregating $1,258.73, as recommended by it.
