RESIGNATION
The following resolution was adopted by the Board:
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that the resignation of Dr. Leroy S. Pearce, Instructor in Pathology, be and it is hereby
accepted as of January 1, 1955.
We wish for him the highest success in his new undertaking.
