BAYLY-TIFFANY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The following resolution was defeated.
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia
that $25,000 of accumulated income of the Bayly-Tiffany Scholarship Fund, which is surplus to the
current needs of the fund, be reinvested as principal.
