Actions Relating to Chairholders

• The following resolution was adopted:
  RESOLVED that the actions relating to chairholders be and they are hereby approved as shown below:

• (a) Election of Chairholder(s)

• Mr. Gene D. Block as Alumni Council Thomas Jefferson Professor of Biology, effective January 1, 1993.

• Ms. Maryse Conde as University Professor, effective January 16, 1993.
• Mr. Brian R. Duling as Robert M. Berne Professor of Cardiovascular Research, effective October 1, 1992. Mr. Duling will continue as Professor of Physiology without term.
• Ms. Marie-Helene Huet as Commonwealth Professor of French, effective January 16, 1993.
• Mr. Michel J. Lebas as Eleanor F. and Philip G. Rust Visiting Professor of Business Administration, for the period December 1, 1992 through May 31, 1993.
• Mr. Allen Lynch as White Burkett Miller Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, for one year, effective September 1, 1992. Mr. Lynch will continue as Associate Professor of Government and Foreign Affairs, without term.
• Dr. James Q. Miller as Alumni Professor in Neurology, effective August 1, 1992.
• Mr. Laurie Olin as Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation Professor of Architecture, for the period October 21, 1992 through December 18, 1992.
• Mr. Peter Onuf as Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation Professor of History, effective December 1, 1992.
• Dr. Eric R. Powers as Donald C. Barnes Professor of Cardiology in Internal Medicine, effective October 1, 1992.
