1991-1992 SALARIES FOR PRESIDENT JOHN T. CASTEEN, III, AND
CHANCELLOR J. A. KNIGHT

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED that salaries for 1991-92 for the President of the University of Virginia and the Chancellor of Clinch Valley College, consistent with Secretary of Education Dyke's memorandum dated June 28, 1991, be and they are hereby approved;
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Visitors attest to its' positive evaluation of the performances of President John T. Casteen, III, and Chancellor J. A. Knight.
