Section 5. This resolution shall take effect
immediately.
The undersigned Secretary of The Rector and Visitors of
the University of Virginia does hereby certify that the
foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted
at a meeting of the Board of Visitors of the University of
Virginia duly convened and held on ______________, 1990, at
which a quorum was present and voting, and that such resolution
is now in full force and effect.
