ACTIONS RELATING TO CHAIRHOLDERS

• The following resolution was adopted:
  RESOLVED that the actions relating to chairholders be and they are hereby approved as shown below:

• (a) Elections of Chairholders

• Mr. Kenneth S. Abraham as Class of 1962 Professor of Law, effective September 1, 1988.
• Mr. Stanley D. Henderson as Hunton and Williams Professor of Law, for two years, effective July 1, 1988.
• Mr. Henderson will continue to be Chairholder of the F.D.G. Ribble Professor of Law.
• Mr. Thomas C. MacAvoy as Paul M. Hammaker Professor of Business Administration, for four years, part-time, effective September 1, 1988.

• Mr. John T. Monahan as Henry L. and Grace Doherty Charitable Foundation Professor of Law, effective September 1, 1988. He continues to be Professor of Psychology and of Legal Medicine.
