  • The following resignations were announced:
  • Dr. Thomas Abel, Assistant Professor of Medicine, effective July 31, 1980, as he is leaving the area.
  • Dr. Oscar R. Aizcorbe, Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedics, effective February 29, 1980, for personal reasons.
  • Mr. Neil H. Borden, Associate Dean for Administration, effective September 1, 1980, to return to full-time teaching and research as Professor of Business Administration.
  • Mr. David M. Bowles, Assistant Professor, General Medical Faculty, The Claude Moore Health Sciences Library, effective September 30, 1980, to accept another position.
  • Mr. Roy C. Burke, III, Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering, effective August 31, 1980, to accept another position.
  • Dr. James L. Camp, III, Consultant in the Department of Student Health, effective June 30, 1980, but will remain on the clinical faculty of the Department of Internal Medicine, at no salary.
