  RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the effective date of the election of Dr. Mary M. Herman, Professor of Pathology and Associate Director of Neuropathology, as approved by the Board on June 7, 1980, be changed to read as follows:
• Dr. Mary M. Herman as Professor of Pathology and Associate Director of Neuropathology, effective April 1, 1981.
