SPECIAL SALARY ACTIONS
(1) The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the faculty salary scale approved for 1 September 1969 be effective 1 July 1969 for the following:
- Mr. James H. Croushore, Associate Dean and Professor of English.
- Miss Mildred A. Droste, Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Professor of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.
- Mrs. Emily A. Holloway, Director of Student Affairs with the academic rank of Lecturer.
- Mr. Michael Houston, Assistant to the Chancellor and Associate Professor of History.
- Mrs. Mary A. K. Kelly, Director of the Testing Center and Associate Professor of Psychology.
- Mr. A. Ray Merchent, Director of Admissions and Associate Professor of Education.
- Mrs. Jane N. Saladin, Registrar and Director of Financial Aid with the academic rank of Lecturer.
- Mr. Reginald W. Whidden, Dean and Professor of English.
- Mr. Daniel H. Woodward, Librarian-elect and Professor of English.
(2) The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons shall receive the salary indicated:
- Mr. Burton Cooper, Assistant Professor of Religion, at a salary of [OMITTED], effective 1 September 1969.
- Mr. Mathew Herban, III, Assistant Professor of Art, at a salary of [OMITTED], effective 1 September 1969.
