APPROVAL OF DEED RESTRICTION FOR RECOUPMENT ROOM AND
THE LAND DIRECTLY BELOW SUCH ROOM AT THE UNIVERSITY'S
ENVIRONMENTAL
HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIAL MATERIALS
HANDLING FACILITY
RESOLVED that a deed restriction limiting the
Recoupment Room (Room 120) of Environmental Health and Safety's
Special Materials Handling Facility, on Observatory Hill, as
well as the land below it, to industrial usage is approved; and
RESOLVED FURTHER that appropriate officers of
the University are authorized to execute said deed restriction.
