RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following persons be and they are hereby elected to the faculty:
Mr. M. Athar Ali as Visiting Professor of History, for one semester, effective January 16, 1979.
Mr. John D. Bonvillian as Assistant Professor of Psychology, for three academic years, effective September 1, 1979.
Dr. John M. Chapman as Visiting Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, for one year, effective June 1, 1979.
Miss Karen S. Chase as Acting Assistant Professor of English, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1979.
Mr. Alexander N. Christakis as Visiting Associate Professor of Engineering Science and Systems, for one semester, effective January 16, 1979.
