The Choir and The Oratory | ||
COLLECT.
[O God, who hast such bliss prepared]
O God, who hast such bliss prepared,To be by all who love Thee shared,
As mortal man would grasp in vain!
Make our cold hearts to know this love,
That, loving Thee all things above,
We may those promises obtain,
Which all we can desire transcend,
And love and serve Thee to the end,
Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
