Of Fortune and wisdome.
As ffortune good vayne pleasure breedes,Soe pleasure fonde to follye leades:
ffor fortune blindes soe wisdomes state,
That fewe be wise and fortunate:
Therefore when fortune fawnethe moste,
Lett reason then rule the hole roste:
fflyeinge this fonde foolisshe devise,
Better happye then to be wise.
