On Luce's maintenance.
Hee that takes paines shall get, the Prouerbe goes;But Luce takes pleasure, yet doth nothing lose.
Poore labouring Porters, with much toyle & sweat,
Scarce get sufficient Victuals for to eate:
But if that Luce at any time doth lacke,
She with her belly can maintayne her backe.
