CHANGE IN THE TITLE OF THE PROMOTION OF DR. JOHN M. CASTELLANO
RESOLVED that the promotion of Dr. John M. Castellano from
Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology to Associate
Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology, for three years,
effective July 1, 2005, as shown in the
Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Visitors dated
June 9-11, 2005,
be changed to read as follows:

from Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology to
Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, for three years, effective
July 1, 2005.
