Flovvers of Epigrammes | ||
Of a poore man in loue.
Me pinchyng penurie doeth paine,and Cupid wounds my harte:
I hunger can abide, but not
of loue the bitter smarte.
I liue and lacke: I liue and loue:
want doeth men sore annoye:
But sorer muche the frantick flames,
of Cupid blinded boye.
