RESOLVED that the following persons are elected to
the faculty:

Dr. Roger Abounader as Associate Professor of Neurology,
for three years, effective October 1,
2005, at an annual salary of $95,000.

Dr. Angela B. Amin as Assistant Professor of Clinical
Pediatrics, for one year, effective December 1, 2005, at an annual salary of $90,600.

Dr. Erol Baskurt as Assistant Professor of Clinical
Radiology, for three years, effective July
1, 2005, at an annual salary of $100,000.
