LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS

After a report by Mr. Frank W. Rogers and Mr. Leigh B. Middleditch, Jr., the Special Counsel was authorized to request appropriate legislators to introduce legislation regarding the following:

(a) Borrowing for acquisition of real estate

(b) Limitation upon interest

(c) Air rights over public streets
