CANCELLATION OF THE ELECTION OF MR. LOUIS LUSKY

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the election of Mr. Louis Lusky as Visiting Professor of Law, for one semester, effective 1 February 1970, as approved by the Board on 5 June 1969, be and it is hereby cancelled, because of Mr. Lusky's inability to accept the appointment.
