REPORT ON THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

The President reported that Mr. Buford had met with representatives of other institutions, and that a compromise bill had been proposed for consideration by the General Assembly. The compromise bill will provide for closed meetings of Boards of Visitors, but also provides for release of minutes within three working days of meetings.
