ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HAROLD I. BAUMES GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP
IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that there is hereby established a fellowship to be known as the Harold I. Baumes Graduate Fellowship in Public Administration. The fellowship is to be awarded in accordance with the standing University policies governing such awards.
