JUDGES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CAROLINE
The Circuit Court was established in Virginia in 1819. Since
that time the following Judges have presided over the Caroline
Circuit Court: John Taylor Lomax, Richard H. Coleman, John
Critcher, J. M. Chapman, W. S. Barton, J. E. Mason and
R. H. L. Chichester.
