RESIGNATIONS

The following resignations were announced:

• Miss Ruth E. Brong, Associate Professor of Nursing, effective January 31, 1974, because of illness.

• Mr. Frederick R. Cyphert, Professor of Education and Dean of the School of Education, effective June 30, 1974, to accept the Deanship of the College of Education, The Ohio State University.

• Mr. Richard E. Ellis, Associate Professor of History, effective May 31, 1974, to accept a position at State University of New York, Buffalo.

• Dr. Richard W. Garnett, Jr. Professor of Psychiatry, effective February 28, 1974, to enter private practice.

• Mr. D. Brock Hornby, Associate Professor of Law, effective May 31, 1974, to accept a position with Perkins, Thompson, Hinckley, Thaxter, and Keddy.

• Mr. Tom C. Kessinger, Associate Professor of History, effective May 31, 1974, to accept a position at the University of Pennsylvania.

• Mr. Allen M. Lefer, Professor of Physiology, effective August 31, 1974, to accept the Chairmanship of the Department of Physiology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.

• Mr. Ian Macneil, Professor of Law, effective August 31, 1974, to return to Cornell University.

• Dr. Seymour Rabinowitz, Associate Professor of Psychiatry, effective June 30, 1974, to enter private practice.

• Mr. Louis T. Rader as Chairman, Department of Electrical Engineering, effective June 30, 1974, for personal reasons.

• Mr. Robert S. Stepleman, Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics, effective May 31, 1974, for personal reasons.
