• The following resolution was adopted:
  RESOLVED that the following faculty members be and they are hereby promoted:
• Mr. Thomas T. Baber from Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering to Associate Professor of Civil Engineering, effective September 1, 1986.
• Mr. Robert E. Emery from Assistant Professor of Psychology to Associate Professor of Psychology, effective September 1, 1986.
• Ms. Jessica R. Feldman from Lecturer, General Faculty, part time to Assistant Professor, General Faculty, part time, for three years, effective September 1, 1986.
• Mr. Charles R. Kennedy, Jr. from Assistant Professor of Business Administration to Associate Professor of Business Administration, for three years, effective September 1, 1986.
• Mr. John W. Lloyd from Research Assistant Professor of Education to Research Associate Professor of Education, for one year, effective September 1, 1986.
• Mr. Patrick J. Michaels from Research Assistant Professor of Environmental Sciences to Research Associate Professor of Environmental Sciences, for three years, effective July 1, 1986.
