ELECTION OF GENERAL COUNSEL FOR THE UNIVERSITY

The following resolution was adopted by the Board:

RESOLVED that Mr. C. Venable Minor be recommended to the Attorney General of the State
of Virginia for appointment as Special Counsel for the University of Virginia at the same salary
paid his predecessor.
