To his much Honour'd Friend, L. L.
It were in vaine for me to blaze thy worth,This thy Translation plainely sets it forth:
And eke thy Lines, they all are so well pen'd,
That they alone may serve thee to commend:
Should I extoll thee, why it will but shew
That to the World, which they already know:
Then all Ile say, the all I doe intend,
T'shall be to shew, I'me proud of such a friend.
