RESIGNATION
The following resolution was adopted
RESOLVED by the Board of Visitors of The Rector and Visitors of the University of
Virginia that the resignation of the following faculty member be and it is hereby accepted:
Mr. Sears Jayne, Professor of English, as of 30 June 1960, to accept a position with the
Claremont Graduate School in California.
We wish for him the highest success in his new undertaking.
