LEAVES OF ABSENCE
The following resolution was adopted:
- RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that the following faculty members be and they are hereby granted leave of absence:
- Mr. Roland N. McKean, Commonwealth Professor of Economics, for one semester, effective January 16, 1976, to serve as Research Professor at Washington University, St. Louis.
- Mr. Monrad G. Paulsen, John B. Minor Professor of Law, part-time, for one year, effective January 16, 1976, to serve as Vice-President for Legal Education, Yeshiva University, New York.
- Dr. Robert L. Van de Castle, Professor of Psychiatry (Psychology), for one year, effective September 1, 1975, to work on undergraduate textbook dealing with the psychology of dreaming.
- Mr. Joseph R. Washington, Jr., Professor of Religious Studies, for one academic year, effective September 1, 1975, to head up the Black Studies Program at the University of California, Riverside.
