'Ákoo łi' jinndéí:
"Łándá biłkégóziͅ hálíń
nahánaałtło. Daagoot'éí nahábiłkégooziͅiͅ."
'Ákoo łi' jinndéí:
"'Ádíná biłkégóziͅ."
daagołjindiná'a.
"Someone who may have power will perform a ceremony for us.[1]
He will learn what is [in store] for
us."
Then [to] one of the men:
"This one has power."

(33.2) Linguistic Notes
1. biłkégóziͅ hálíń 'he who may have power'. bił 'with him'; kégóziͅ 'there is knowledge about it'; hálíń 'perhaps'.
2. nahánaałtło 'he will perform a ceremony for us' [see Ethnological note to the English translation of Chiricahua text 33, note 1]. nahá- 'for us' plus the 3rd person imp. of naa- |...[si- perf.]-l- tło 'to move one's arms about, to perform the ceremony for finding lost objects' [mediopas.].
3. daagoot'éí 'that which is'. daagoot'é is probably the theme -t'é 'to be' with the distrib. prefix and the prefix goo- ?.
