Critiquing Tucker's own verses, and mentions an epic poem by an unnamed author reviewed in Blackwood's Magazine, his own works, Morella and "MS Found in a Bottle", as well as The Dream by another unknown author. Poe also comments upon not having known his biological parents, and solicits future criticism from Tucker.
