quite unwell and has bin so
for som tim so I have not bin
able to do a days work for one
yeare so you may now that
I am now in a bad Staite
all of my complaint ar mosley
in my Back & Side an Bress it
appeares that no Docters Can do me
aney good or theay has don me no
good as yet So I suffers a good

one Pite Saw one Box of tobacco
and As I have bin so Sick and Cant
work to do get Eneything you will
