TO A PIOUS YOUNG FRIEND.

TO A PIOUS YOUNG FRIEND.

I love thee, fair-one, with a love
Of such expansive view,
That I do hope in worlds above
To love not only you,
But every soul of every saint
Which bows before the throne,
Where Dove and Lamb espousals grant,
And Love will reign alone.
